Reset
i’ve often found myself feeling stagnant. a heavy blockage in my solar plexus combined with the pressure i put on myself come together to manifest in negative ways. anxiety, avoidance and exhaustion to name a few.
when this happens, these simple suggestions i’ve listed below can make a huge impact on the energy i’m carrying around and help to assist me with the simple reset i may need.
• hit your mat and flow through five Sun Salutations A {Surya Namaskara A} and feel the energetic shift occur
• take three deep, cleansing breaths
• write down a quick gratitude list
• get outside and sit in the sunshine for 15 minutes. bonus if you can plop down in the grass
• grab the closest person to you and give them a huge hug. it works, i promise!
