After walking through the fire time and time again, I’ve found deep healing through energetics, inner child work, and the practice of yoga.

But what has changed my life the most is finding safe, authentic connection where I can be seen and held as I navigate challenges with full vulnerability.

and that is exactly what I strive to provide for YOU in HERE.

I became a widow on September 1, 2021 when my husband, Doug, succumbed to his lifelong battle with addiction and died of an accidental overdose.

This left me a solo mom of two sweet boys and with a desire to share our story in hopes to help others on their own healing journey.

Coming from a turbulent history that includes depression, anxiety, drug addiction, self harm, physical/emotional abuse, as well as disordered eating, I spent many years therapist offices, outpatient treatment centers, the rooms of AA, as well as Al-Anon, and finally in an inpatient treatment center that ultimately saved my life on April 1st, 2010. This place is what laid the sturdy foundation I needed to walk the road of recovery I am still on 12 years later.

During my time there, my yoga practice began to evolve, and a deep spiritual awakening began to occur as I got honest with myself and those around me. These practices have only expanded and grown as I continue to walk through all the challenges life still tosses my way.

I am a 500-hour trauma informed yoga teacher with extensive training in energy work and alignment, yogic philosophy, as well as a deep advocate for nervous system regulation, holistic healing modalities, and the beauty that is found through vulnerability, honesty and connection. I am a firm believer in the power of inner child healing, shadow work, breath work and meditative practices as well.

I am deeply passionate about speaking out about the intricate layers that come along with losing someone to addiction to help soften the stigma, as well as providing a safe landing for those looking for support.

I work with all types of women looking for support as they navigate motherhood, relationship struggles, spiritual awakenings and grief.

What The 1:1 Container Includes…

  • 16 Week Commitment

    We will work together 1:1 for 4 months. Our time together will included weekly live calls where we will dive deeper into grief support, energy work, chakra alignment, inner child/shadow work, meditation, breath work, somatic work and yoga asana.

    I will be there to hold space for you and offer guidance that will aide you in walking through whatever challenges you are navigating, while you lead the way.

  • Somatic Practices

    Each week, we will explore different somatic practices that will be personalized to what you are navigating. We will move through yoga asana, I will guide you through breath work as well as deep shadow/inner child meditations.

    This will change weekly based off of what you are going through and what feels the most helpful.

    You will also receive a free somatic workbook, as well as library full of pre-recorded somatic practices.

  • Meaningful Connection

    So much healing is found through authentic connection, which I feel is the most important part of this all. Finding someone who is willing to bear witness to your struggles with challenging you as well is irreplaceable.

    You will receive a workbook that is 50+ pages filled with lots of resources, journal prompts, tangible tools, etc.

    I will also be sending you a personalized gift at the end of our time together that will continue to aide you on your journey.
